Most of us if not all of us know the euphoric feeling when you found the right coworkers in team members for your company, I called firing on all cylinders and if you’re a four-cylinder service company you’re smaller in size , likewise if you are running on 8-10 cylinders it may cost you a lot of gas but still well worth it. It is not only expensive but also emotionally draining to start over with new team members there is zero doubt about that.
